Senior Management Team
Brian E. Thede, Chief Executive Officer
Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Thede spent eight years as a retail financial services consultant at McKinsey & Company.
A noted speaker and research publisher, Mr. Thede is a recognized global expert in financial service operations.
During his tenure at McKinsey, Brian lead many projects to fundamentally improve the
profitability of his P&C insurance and consumer lending clients, working in over
20 countries on five continents during his tenure. In the area of subrogation and claims recovery,
Mr. Thede has worked with a number of the largest P&C carriers to improve their
performance, including fundamentally redesigning the subrogation organization and its operations.
He also has extensive experience in developing strategies to improve
the performance of financial service outsourcing vendors broadly, having lead dozens
of projects at Fortune 50 companies in that area.
Prior to McKinsey, Mr. Thede held various positions in the banking arena, working for
Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette as an investment banker and with Chemical Bank as a commercial lending officer.
A graduate of Bowdoin College, Mr. Thede received his Master of Business Administration in Finance from The Wharton School.

Scott Conant, President
Mr. Conant is a
33-year veteran of the insurance claims industry. He focuses on marketing,
management and client fulfillment. He has extensive knowledge and experience
in the design and management of personal and commercial insurance programs.
Over a 17-year period, Mr. Conant held a variety of senior executive positions
for Crum & Forster Insurance Company, including Vice President of Claims and
Legal Services. He was subsequently recruited to serve as an insurance claims
management consultant with KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP and thereafter,
as Senior Vice President of Claims and Legal Services for Home State Holdings Inc.
and the Empire Insurance Group. Mr. Conant was a founding member of the National
Association of Staff Counsel and past President of both the North Jersey Claims
Managers Council and the New Jersey Defense Association. Mr. Conant was recently
reappointed to the Board of Directors of the National Association of Subrogation
Professionals (NASP) where he has served as Secretary and Chair of the Nominating
Committee and currently serves as Chairperson of the Public Relations Committee.
Prior to being appointed as a member of the Board, he served as a Co-Chair for
the New York State Chapter of NASP. Mr. Conant has a Bachelor of Science Degree
in Marketing and Management from Susquehanna University.

Michael Murphy, Executive Vice President
& Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Murphy is responsible for operations, enabling our customers to monetize their recovery assets quickly.
During his 25 year career, Mr. Murphy served with Arrowhead General Insurance Agency as Vice President of Programs, while providing operational support and building a large agency network on the East Coast.
He was also responsible for the pricing, underwriting and claim management of personal property programs.
Prior to that role, he managed the wind-up of U.S. Capital Group's reinsurance and insurance operations.
He also served with a boutique consultant group that providing forensic auditing for state agencies as well as Property & Casualty insurance and reinsurance companies.

Robert R. Giannelli, CPCU, Vice President – Director of Recovery
Mr.
Giannelli possesses 19 years of multi-line technical
claims experience. Mr. Giannelli has demonstrated
experience in all lines of business, and has held
both senior technical positions, supervisory positions
at Allstate, CNA, Home Insurance, AIG, Atlantic Mutual,
and was quickly recognized for his abilities at U.S.
Capital Insurance where he was promoted to Assistant
Vice President of Claims, before coming to Subrogation
Partners. Mr. Giannelli was instrumental in the early
stages of the company and assisted in developing the
company's first clientele. Mr.Giannelli graduated from

Jennifer L. Peck, Chief Information Officer
Ms.
Peck has 15 years of experience in property and casualty
insurance, network operations and technology. Ms.
Peck oversees all aspects of application development
for the case management system and its corresponding
accounting and reporting application. She manages
the multi-site application development team, including
Bangalore, India. She is also responsible for managing
the Network Operations Department. Ms. Peck leads the
development of the proprietary subrogation recovery
application, which has enabled Subrogation Partners
to process large claim portfolios. Prior to joining
Subrogation Partners, Ms. Peck was a Senior Account
Manager at Computer Associates, servicing the mission
critical needs of large businesses. Ms. Peck served
as Underwriting Supervisor at U.S. Capital Insurance
Company, overseeing preferred private passenger automobile
insurance policy issuance in New York and California.
She is a licensed insurance broker in multiple states.

Shari Levitan Miles, Esq.,, Counsel
Ms. Miles is corporate counsel in our Westport, Connecticut headquarters,
where she advises management and is responsible for the negotiation and execution of the company’s legal documentation.
Ms. Miles is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Ms. Miles was a litigation associate at Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon, where she worked on civil RICO, ERISA and general corporate litigation.
She also served as a Vice President and Counsel at Dean Witter Reynolds Inc, where she oversaw and tried securities and employment related proceedings.
For many years, she had a private practice specializing in trust and estate related matters.

Gary Molampy,CPCU, Vice President - Business
Development
Mr.
Molampy has served the Property and Casualty Insurance
Community in New York for 33 years, having begun his
insurance career at Transamerica Insurance Group and
serving as the Upstate New York Claim Manager. Previously,
Mr. Molampy was Department Claims Manager and Director
of Claims at Empire Insurance Group. He previously
served as an Officer and Claim Manager for The Home
Insurance Company and The Magna Carta Companies. His
management experience includes Workers Compensation,
Professional Liability, Property, and Automobile lines
of business. Mr. Molampy is active in the CPCU Society
and served as President in New York in 2000. He currently
serves on the New York CPCU Board of Directors.Mr.

Kathleen J. Smith, Vice President
of Client Fulfillment and Business Development
Ms.
Smith has 33 years of experience in property and casualty
insurance claims involving the direction and management
of commercial and personal automobile, general liability,
medical malpractice, and litigation management. Previously,
Ms. Smith served as Assistant Vice President for U.S.
Capital Insurance Company and Casualty Claims Manager
for both CIGNA and Interboro Mutual Insurance Company.
Prior to these management positions, she held various
technical positions for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company
and the Aetna Insurance Company. Ms. Smith's previous
experience includes management and cost control measures,
which significantly lowered loss dollar payout and
reduced expenses. Ms. Smith is a graduate of St. Joseph's

Peggy Orlando, Vice President of Client Fulfillment
Ms. Orlando has over
twenty years of experience in property and casualty insurance.
Ms. Orlando began her career at GEICO as Underwriting Manager later working
in managerial positions at US Capital, Lancer Insurance Company and Arrowhead
General Insurance Agency. Her management experience includes Direct Sales,
Customer Service, Underwriting, and Agency Management for Automobile and Property
lines of business. For our clients, Ms. Orlando serves as a liaison to respond to
any questions that may arise or to assist our clients in any way.
Ms. Orlando completed the New York State insurance agent requirements
and served as an agent for US Capital. Ms. Orlando graduated from the
State University of New York at Old Westbury.
